solivram is a distributed post-quantum infrastructure written in pure Rust. Reverse proxy, internal PKI, sovereign DNS, Raft HA cluster — in a single binary. It embeds an encrypted cognitive memory for AI agents: AES-256-GCM context storage, TF-IDF semantic indexing, per-agent isolation and full audit trail. Built to run uninterrupted in critical environments where security, resilience and intelligence converge.
